Prof. Jaehong Lee teaches courses spanning graduate and undergraduate levels at DGIST, covering soft materials and devices, semiconductor physics, and micro/nano engineering. Our courses combine theoretical foundations with practical knowledge to prepare students for careers in advanced materials and device research.
Soft Materials and Devices
Graduate-level course covering the fundamentals and applications of soft materials in electronic devices. Topics include polymer-based electronics, flexible and stretchable device design, soft sensors, actuators, and biocompatible materials for wearable and implantable systems.

Introduction to Semiconductor Physics
Undergraduate course covering the fundamental physics of semiconductor materials and devices. Topics include crystal structure, energy band theory, carrier transport, p-n junctions, MOSFETs, and optoelectronic devices, providing a solid foundation for advanced electronics studies.

Micro/Nano Engineering

Weekly Paper Seminar
Weekly Paper Seminar
The lab organizes a weekly paper seminar featuring discussions of recent papers and advances in soft bioelectronics, flexible electronics, wearable sensors, soft robotics, and related fields. We analyze cutting-edge research from the literature and discuss implications for our ongoing work.
